Newly decorated 2-room apartment in quiet Tabasalu close to Tallinn, big balcony, child-friendly. Free parking in front of the house, children playground next to the house. New Tabasalu Centre, swimming pool, library, food stores and nice cafes only 10 min walk away. Quiet house. Bus stop in front of Tabasalu Centre 10 min walking, where you can get buses to the centre. Rocca-al-mare 8 km, Kakumäe official beach 6 km, smaller beach 2 km, Laulasmaa spa 25 km. Very good for families. No smoking.

The house is in a wonderful location - the river flows behind the house, take our SUP boards and go paddling! Not far away is a white sand beach - a lovely hike through the pine forest in about 15 minutes. Quiet, but close to everything. Niitvälja golf 15 minutes and Tallinn 15 minutes away. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Ground floor bedroom has a double bed and child bed (for up to 5 year old). Top floor sleeping area can accommodate 4 people. There is a bubble bath and private sauna (can be heated with firewood).

Around the cottage is a well taken care of garden and many juniper trees distinctive to this area. There is a sauna and a bathtub that can be used in summer. On both sides of the cottage is small terrace. In walking distance Keila-Joa castle, waterfall and a bit further also beach. Self check-in with PIN.
