Vacation rentals in Harrison County

We stayed during Kentucky Derby weekend. The cabin was only 30 minutes from Churchill Downs but felt like a world apart, surrounded by nature and beautiful views. We ate one night at Gordon Ramsay's steakhouse at a nearby casino and that was handy and good.

The River House was so beautiful! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 8 months to 17 years old. There was space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook there if needed, including plenty of seasonings and condiments. There was also a nice lawn to play on. The porch was perfect and our favorite part of the whole house; we loved watching the shopping barges! There were really no downsides to this house, we loved our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-cared for, and very spacious for the 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We made use of the kayaks, raft, and paddle board that were available. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Loved the place. Peaceful and very clean. Hosts were great. Had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for an Easter getaway with some friends and our dog. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was really well stocked, it was really quiet, and the space was perfect for all of us. The screened in porch was amazing…I wanted it to come home with me! Overall, great stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

My son and I had a great time at our stay! House was nice and stocked with everything we needed. He really enjoyed fishing in the river and there was alot of space along the river line and in the back yard.

The house was just as described. Perfect for a family getaway. It was nice to have this instead of a hotel. Cory is an awesome host and helped us with finding stuff to do, giving us food recommendations, and even giving us ideas where we could shelter when the weather got bad.

We stayed here to attend the 151st Kentucky Derby. Dione was a perfect host. Extremely helpful with detailed messages. The place is exactly how it's shown on site. The drive to Churchill Downs was easy.. This is a great place to stay

Had a lovely stay. This is my second time staying at this property. The location is perfect - walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The backyard is beautiful. I loved seeing the cats.
