The Logs at Glacier Springs is the perfect getaway after a day on the mountain or exploring the surrounding Mt. Baker wilderness. Relax in the cedar hot tub, gather with friends by the fire pit, play board games next to a roaring wood stove fire, snuggle up with your furry friend on the couch or read a book in our cozy nook. Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Ideal family getaway. Parking for 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No events.

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

It is just 45 minutes to the great recreation area of Manning Park, with lots of outdoor activities. When at the cabin, enjoy the sights and the varied flora and fauna.
