My place is on the ground floor. No stairs to walk up, safe and convenient neighborhood. 5 short min walk to Harrison PATH (No need to Uber. Save time & money). From there it’s 25 min to WTC/NYC, 35 min to Midtown 33rd St on weekdays, 2 min to NJ Transit / Newark Penn. 13 min drive to Newark Airport & 8 min drive to Prudential Center. Close to Rutgers, NJIT, Pace, NYU and major highway. Steps away from Wendys, Dunkin, Pizzeria, Walgreen, 24/7 convenience store, Seabra grocery, a local bar.
“Hidden gem!! So thankful I took a chance. The unit is just an 8-10 minute walk to the PATH station. Along your walk, you pass restaurants, a grocery and other shopping. Many open late. I felt completely safe in the area and often made the walk late at night. Security and safety are two of my highest priorities. If you are wanting an excellent place easily accessible to Newark and NYC - this is for you. Next time I come to the area, I will look for this spot first. Furnishings are basic but met my needs.”

“Nice place to stay, as described. Walking distance to the path station where you can take the train that will take you to NYC. Hugo was very responsive and easy to deal with. I did some shopping at the jersey Gardens which is around 30 min from there. The apartment has a parking space which was great because I rented a car to go to the outlet malls. Prudence center is around 8 min ride, we went to a concert there and Hugo’s place gave me a great location. If spending much of your time in the city take into consideration that is a little far but very easy to get there thru the path or penn station. I recommend this place”
