The apartment is recently renovated and is located on the first floor of a single-family home just below the spear on Austnes. It is spacious with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and big hallway. Heating cables in all floors and fantastic views of the mountains on Grytøya.

Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand. Fem minutter å gå til nærmeste butikk. Hvalsafari ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger pr dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i 2. etg, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.
