The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and double bed in the loft. The bathroom is furnished with Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and sink . There is an open living room/kitchen solution and in the living room there is TV. Have internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine at the cabin. There is a private parking space. Spacious and cozy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood south of the city centre. The drive time from Harstad/Narvik Evenes Airport is approximately 40 minutes. Stangnes Ferry Terminal is also nearby. A shopping centre (Amfi Kanebogen) and a grocery store (Kiwi) are right nearby. Free parking. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 metres from the apartment. This 30-minute hike is recommended for everyone. There, you get a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private and has its own entrance.
