Located in the middle of the Hildesheim Börde, in the countryside, between Hildesheim and Hanover, our 80 sqm apartment is on the 2nd floor of our two-family house. Ideal for trade fair visitors and exhibitors, business travelers, couples, solo travelers, cyclists and families with children. Quick to reach by car: Hannover Messe in 30 minutes. Hildesheim train station 15 minutes (train connection to Hannover Messe and ICE long-distance traffic) S-Bahn Harsum - 5 minutes

Entire house near Hanover / Messe

Hi, We are a family-run property near Hannover Messe. Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are close to Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en-suite), 12 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (free wood) and sauna (extra costs). This modern and comfortably furnished holiday home offers the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or trade fair visitors. With a total of five spacious bedrooms – four of which have en-suite bathrooms – you can enjoy maximum comfort and ample privacy for up to 12 people.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. An approx. 60 m² apartment awaits you in the quiet village of Hüddessum. The apartment is located with another apartment in a quiet spacious house. 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a kitchen and a bathroom make the apartment a feel-good place for a break in the countryside. Opposite the apartment is our farm and the fallow deer and goose pasture.

A cozy non-smoking apartment awaits you in Hildesheim's Südstadt. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a basically quiet 4-family house - but it is a normal house with everyday life in and around it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need and leaves room for what you bring yourself. If something is still missing: we have a good house community :-)
