Hosted by Judy and Greg, our home is close to art, culture, live theater, and restaurants. Our home is also close to major insurance companies, the state capitol and state of Connecticut offices. You’ll love the cozy 3rd floor loft. We also offer off street parking. Garage space is also available as an option. Our home is a perfect destination for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
“Judy and Greg are such a delight! I’m familiar with Hartford as I went to Trinity nearby and the location of the Airbnb is great. We had 0 issues and Judy was there to welcome my mother and I when we arrived. She gave us a tour and also showed us guides for local eateries, the history of Hartford, etc. I especially appreciated the little touches with information about how to order delivery for Grubhub and the shelf with books. The space itself has all that you need!”
This is a beautiful home, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in the Capitol area, close to sight-seeing interests and very convenient for transportation. There is a lovely vegan restaurant, and several other nice places to eat and shop right within walking distance.
“Beautiful, spacious top floor apartment in a Historically landmarked building designed by George Keller in the Frog Hollow neighborhood of Hartford, a stone's throw away from the capitol / downtown area. Bronwyn and Scott were quick to reply with any questions. There was food in the fridge waiting, like a bowl of brown eggs, mac n cheese, jar sauce, pasta, drinks (a beer too), pancake mix, English muffins, bagels, bread, tea, coffee, soup, condiments, oatmeal and more. There was a composting bin which I loved in the kitchen. The living room was spacious and there are books and magazines to read, there was also a television but we didn't turn it on. SO MANY TOWELS IN THE BIG BATHROOM. Green bags are thoughtfully left by the entrance. On the fridge there was information on how to get free or reduced admission into museums via the library. I used the coupon left for us at the Jumping Frog Bookstore and bought cute vintage book souvenirs. Close to EVERYTHING. They provide you with a free parking permit. I will be staying here again for sure. Was in town for the weekend for a wedding and wished I could've spent MORE time in the Air BnB. This is no crash pad. You want to stay in and chill. LOVED.”
Spacious and cosy is a 1 bedroom apartment in my basement. It's a very clean space with a few considerations before u book. The ceilings measures from top to floor is 6 ft 9 inches. There is a sub pump you usually hears it when it flushes, however the noise is not unbearable. But if you r a lite sleeper maybe this is not for you. This is not a hotel. Just my very clean, comfortable & cosy hide away spot. There is 1 free parking space in the back & free parking on the street as well.
“This room has everything you will need, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, nice shower, soft bed, decent parking, extremely clean, and quiet. I didn't think the sump pump was noisy at all. It sound like a garbage disposal but much quieter. I sleep with a fan and couldn't hear it while sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.”
