The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a lying surface of 140x200cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
