excellent location and just as described. parking was easy and the host was very helpful and friendly. such a great location being a short walk from town. would recommend.

We had food delivered, everything was there as ordered thanks to the help of the landlords, we got to the villa immediately thanks to the key safe, the villa is very cozily furnished, we had a great Christmas with 15 adults and a toddler. Any issues were resolved right away. We would definitely go again to Villia Viriditas.

Everything is great. Too bad there is no private parking as described.

Smooth check in and out, absolutely fine for one night. Unfortunately, the kitchen was a little sparse for an extensive breakfast, but not every guest does that.

Was clean and cozy. Quite large room with balcony. You can buy drinks and breakfast, and there are some restaurants or snacks within walking distance. AirBnb did not say that it was the "Hotel and Pension Ursula", with this information we would have found it easier. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We had a lovely stay. Very warm welcome, personal hospitality, clean and modern rooms, lovingly prepared breakfast , there was nothing missing and chef Stefan is a really nice and likeable gastronomy, also our two boys (5&7) felt very comfortable and were received very openly. In-house chickens and pure nature, great meeting space and a large stylish hall for up to 150 people. For the summer, an incredibly beautiful outdoor terrace with valley views, modern seating and play facilities for children. We will definitely come back!

The ambience skilfully combines tradition with modern flair, we felt super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, great selection also of regional stuff and the staff is very friendly and with heart. We would definitely visit again!

If there is a need for a special place to stay, you are in the right place. We felt very comfortable, the host was extremely friendly and the interaction was pleasant. Location is quiet and close to nature, Falkenstein Castle was seen from the window as a panoramic view of plenty of parking on site and drains on the premises through entrance and exit barrier as well as ring bell system modern and safe. Plumbing and the tent were extremely clean and the property looks inviting with planting and beautiful paths. The breakfast offer is easy to use and also possible in the tent, regional selection of products and variety.

We made a reservation at the property at very short notice and appreciate the flexibility. The check-in/out times are based on the wishes of the guest. The breakfast buffet booked was delicious.
