On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. These rooms were formerly used as a carpentry and upholstery workshop, and now we offer you a vacation home with a lot of comfort and individual touch. In the entrance area you will find direct access to the shower room. In the kitchen with dining table, you can prepare a morning breakfast or a small meal. Especially cozy in the evening when the warm lantern light from Brandgasse falls through the windows.

Our small and comfortable apartment has just been renovated after long-term rental, and is now waiting for nice guests who want to relax in it and especially in our beautiful nature on the edge of the southern Harz. The apartment itself is barrier-free. The path from the parking lot on the property to the house entrance door leads over paved areas with slight transverse slopes.
