Not only does the environment benefit from the creative upcycling idea, but you do also! The Tiny House offers 26m² of everything you expect from a modern micro house. A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right in front of the door and the feel good comfort of living in your own house.

Take a short break here while you're passing through, or stay longer and use the fully equipped apartment, complete with kitchen and bathroom, as a base for activities along the Main River, in the Tauber Valley, in the Spessart, or in the Odenwald. Wertheim Castle and Wertheim's Old Town are within walking distance, and the nearby Wertheim Village offers a sophisticated shopping experience.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The marketplace is about 50 m away and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is a parking place available in the immediate vicinity. There is a ground-level bicycle cellar (4 steps) for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge.

Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden – perfekt für aktive Tage und entspannte Abende!

The apartment is on the second floor, has two bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. Faulbach is the ideal starting point for bike/MTB tours, and hiking trips in the Mainvorland and Spessart, fishing on the Main, archery course nearby, or just to relax.

Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. We charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
