The cottage is about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea where there is a boat that is included in the rent, there is also a sauna raft for lovely summer evenings! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sauna raft, you can drive almost all the way. It is about 7 km to the community of Loftahammar where there is an ICA supermarket, restaurants, golf course, outdoor gym, and more. 500 m away from the cottage is Hallmare camping where there is a beach and a small shop, mini golf and more.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker. Bicycles are available to borrow, and it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!
