The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, father and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
