Toilet with shower and washing machine, and kitchen with everything including dishwasher. 150 meters walk to the beach, and 350 meters to a beautiful meadow and cozy forest. Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in Køge city center. Walking distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, father and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possibly the possibility of a bed for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please write if you have any questions.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
