“A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location - the Lincolnshire Wolds. I walked out the door on the first morning to see a deer stood in front of me in the middle of the lane (there is virtually no traffic on this lane - and no neighbours, apart from, hares, rabbits, pheasants and a buzzard in the sky) Its heart warming to know you can still escape to places like this. Give it a try!”

“Excellent Airbnb and fantastically priced. I stayed in room 2 (an en-suite) which also had a fridge and a microwave. Nice touches. I only stayed overnight on business but would do so again if in the area. Communication was first rate. Well done. A credit to Airbnb.”
Beautiful Shepherd's Cottage in Grimblethorpe Hall Grounds. A 17th century, cottage, restored with original beams and stonework was used for centuries by the farms shepherd and has spacious bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, cosy lounge and fully fitted dining kitchen. The cottage has a private aspect.
“We booked this place almost a year in advance as we needed to take our dogs to a place where there was no fireworks (our dogs hate them.) We spoke with Andy about our situation and he gave us the full description of the place and what was there and that at New Years Eve we wouldn’t hear a single firework. The place is beautiful and set next to the amazing Grimblethrope Hall and has countryside as far as you can see. It’s has walks for you and your dogs in any direction you need to go as well as farm animals to say hello. The Shepherds cottage we stayed in was all one level and more than enough space for two people and dogs. The Cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities that you need and a few extra ones added which was a nice surprise. We would definitely recommend and we look forward to going back. Book this for a beautiful quiet countryside retreat and you won’t be disappointed at all.”
