Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental offers a private open terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is perfectly located to enjoy excursions to Oldenburg.

Im Norden des Naturpark Dümmer, zwischen Diepholzer Moorniederungen und Rehdener Geestmoor, dort wo die Kraniche überwintern, liegt dieses kleine Fachwerkhäuschen in sehr ruhiger ländlicher Lage. Es stehen auf ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche eine Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Schlafzimmer und das Dachstudio zur Verfügung. Terrasse, Garten und Parkplatz am Haus gehören dazu. Raucher und Stehpinkler müssen draußen bleiben, Hunde dürfen rein, aber nicht ins Bett.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Centrally located semi-detached house

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. The Sandkruger train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike (2 km). From there you can take the train towards the north (Ahlhorn / Osnabrück) and south (Oldenburg / Bremen). In addition, there is a bus stop for buses within walking distance (about 700 m). Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
