Peaceful stay right in the trees! This was such an epic Airbnb - so cozy and homey while also being very well equipped with everything you need. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the spa was such a bonus. Stayed 3 nights here and wish I could have stayed longer - would definitely stay again if in the area. Mark was very kinda and quick to respond.

Excellent stay and so close to everything. Easy check in and clear communication made everything seamless. Would recommend staying again. Only thing we did not use was the hot tub as we were unsure when it was cleaned or maintained last. All else was perfect!

Beautiful location, excellent for relaxing and taking walks on the wild beach. Baths with a view were a luxury, the house was spotless with everything we needed. Great communication from Sarah. Highly recommend for a couples weekend getaway!

This home is beautiful, just as described. Just 2 of us but booked for 3 to have the entire home & that was the best decision made. Everything was clean & tidy, host supplied all the basic essentials. The home is in a great location and the spa pool was the best! Used it every morning and night. The home had a Bluetooth speaker we connected to while using the bbq area and spa. The neighbours were great, cause we didn’t know if anyone was there or not. So peaceful and so close to the beach. The host is a great communicator! Bonus you get to park your car on site and close the gate for privacy. We loved every bit of our time here. Thank you again for letting us stay 🥰

We are beyond grateful for finding Nicolettes Airbnb to recharge our batteries. The location is so relaxing, we just chilled out and made home cooked dinners. Such a wonderful place for anyone looking to enjoy the scenery with your significant other. Such a wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely 2 night stay here while coming down for a friend's wedding nearby and wish we had booked for longer! Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and generous. The place was very clean and we hope to come back in the future.

Perfect spot for a relaxing wekend with friends. We loved how close it was to the beach and the bikes made it so easy to get around Omaha. Kate was super helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful two nights at Lina's cottage. The cottage offers a lovely farm view and is very private and quiet. A highlight is the outdoor bathtub, and you can stay warm and comfortable with the floor heating.

Great spot on the hill with views down to the caves, well set up and the deck overlooking the fruit tree was really nice.

Loved our stay at Gayle’s place - the view is stunning and the space is beautiful and private. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely come here again and stay longer if we could.

Fantastic views and space for the price! This is perfect for all types of occasions with a group of family or friends. The host was responsive and we were given clear instructions on everything regarding to the house, check in, directions, recycling, etc! Highly recommended!

Very cosy home just a short walk to the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and cafes. The hosts paid great attention to detail in preparing the house and it had everything we needed.

The hosts of Songbird Cottage have gone to a lot of trouble to make this place special. So many lovely features, both inside the cottage and around the grounds. One of the best instructions manuals we have encountered, including lots of great recommendations for local walks, attractions and eateries. Top marks.

Great location, very quiet, peaceful, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio and watching the sun set and birds and even a couple bunnies. House was very quiet and a great size for our family of three.

I needed a place that was peaceful and would allow me to recover and this beautiful cottage provided me with that and more. With a beautiful view from every window and the only sounds being the bird song and the breeze in the trees, it was a perfect place for me to re-energise and refuel. I highly recommend this cottage and the care of the hosts. There was also a much appreciated bag of fresh fejoas and apples - truly spoilt!

We had a great stay and look forward to staying again. Really quiet, loved being able to sleep with the windows open and hear the waves at the beach. The cottage was spotless, beds were comfortable, lovely and private. The grounds are lovely. Ferry Landing is just gorgeous. There is a really strong feeling of a small friendly community. Very very safe place to stay. I'm besotted with the ferry, only a two minute easy walk down the road, jump on and pay on board ($8 return) and you are over in Whitianga within ten minutes. The ferry runs every 10 minutes. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and great holiday John.

We loved the little cottage! It had everything we needed. It had lovely personal touches. Grateful we could bring Roxy our little dog! Flowers were gorgeous when we walked in and Jasmijn was such a friendly gracious host (Thank you for the lovely gift basket of goodies too) I now love Kombucha! It was also nice to have an inside / outside fire to use! Thank you Jasmijn and Matt we will matt!

Kathryn’s place was amazing! We loved our stay. I couldn’t believe how well stocked it was. Everything we needed was there. It was extremely comfortable. The hospitality was so welcoming and we felt right at home. The view and the serenity take the cake though. Not often you get ocean, mountains, pastures, cows etc all at one place. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful location and very quiet, had a lovely stay

Despite only staying one night in Kakariki cottage we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wished we could have stayed longer! The cottage is absolutely lovely and features a well-appointed kitchen, a cosy living space and a spacious bathroom. We loved the open mezzanine for the bedroom! The surroundings are gorgeous and very peaceful. Having your morning coffee on the terrace is a must. Breakfast essentials are provided. Thanks Courtney for the lovely stay!

This is quite possibly the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Was looking for a peaceful getaway from Auckland and this cottage proved to be the perfect place. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the yard and being able to have my morning coffee on the private porch was perfect. Great use of space with everything you need while at the same time being super short walk to all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a solo getaway or a couples retreat. You really can’t beat this place.

Sue is a lovely host and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. A great location, beautiful countryside.
