Set on 2 hectares of beautiful gardens, with fruit trees, vineyards & surrounded by mountains. Sip a glass of chilled wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with one of the best views! Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). There is also a tuk tuk taxi available, please view enclosed information for contact. Please note there is a friendly young rescue dog that roams freely on the property. Situated within walking distance of the village and offering a comfy bed, living area and courtyard, The Stables is the perfect place to explore Franschhoek. We offer a fridge, microwave, kettle, indoor and courtyard table and chairs. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. As we have lived in Franschhoek for over 40 years, we are trustworthy hosts and know the area well. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and wifi to assist during load shedding.

Blueberry Hill Cottages - Lavender - Franschhoek

Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding.

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios.
