We had a little confusion while checkin, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Its walking distance from metro station + have lots of eating out options nearby. We stayed on new year’s and it was really nice for us. The room is spacious with lot of walking space plus study table to work on and big balcony that is connected to other room.

Great place to stay

Anuj's place is located at a prime location in Ghaziabad, within a well gated society. There are two malls, Shopprix Vaishali and Mahagun Vaishali within very close proximity, and has a bustling market within a stone's throw away. The place is easily reachable via metro, auto, E- rickshaw with plenty of them available around the property as well to ferry to nearby areas. The location is also very close to Max Super Speciality Hospital and Hotel Radisson. Right from the check in time, we were made to feel at home, and provided instructions about access to the property and nearby areas. As we had a family member admitted to Max Hospital, Vaishali for which we had made the property our base for a few days, Anuj was so kind that he offered us a stock full of tea, coffee and sugar too. The home was clean, well lit and ventilated with a direct view of the elevated road and Hindon canal from the balcony. Although within an urban location, it was very peaceful within the property. Anjali was a great host. She was very responsive, polite and helpful. She let us checkin early as we arrived quite early to the place. The room was great too, very cosy, clean and comfortable. Great room, great host, fantastic view!

Nice place to stay

We had a truly fabulous stay overall and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, and the space had a lovely feel.

Pavan's location was very comfortable! He and his family who manage the space were very easy to correspond with, and they left us very clear directions both to get to AirBnb, how to get in, and how to come and go from the apartment. The flat is very spacious, and could easily accommodate at least three couples. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, television, and comfortable bed. And we had to change our travel plans last minute and Pavan was very understanding and helpful in allowing us to check out earlier than we had intended in alignment with the policies listed for the house. Overall it was a great spot to stay!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – check-in was smooth, and the place was even better than the pictures. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Rajneesh was a wonderful host, super responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It just felt like another home🏠 in Delhi. He has provided us with each and every possible thing. He is a true gentleman 😇 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great place to stay. I Stayed with my family. This property is clean and well maintained. I recommend and would love to stay again in this property. However i suggest 3 points to take care for next customer. 1. Saw Big rat in furniture twice in a day time which has been updated to caretaker . 2. Charged 3500 Rs for early check-in . I checked in at 9 am. 3. Electricity bill charged 550 for one day and one night.

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and everything in between was just perfect. It’s rare to find a place that feels like your own, but this one truly did. Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

The stay here felt very comfortable and the host Mr. deepak was very welcoming! He was always available and ensured we get all required information before we even had to ask for it! I recommend it to everyone! Great place, clean and private and it also matches the pictures exactly. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely and thoughtfully done, with a great balance of comfort and style. The space was huge, and every corner felt well-equipped and well-maintained. The caretaker and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always around when needed but never intrusive. The food was delicious and homely—a real highlight of our stay. The games room was a huge plus, especially for winding down in the evenings or entertaining the kids. Would absolutely recommend this place, and we’re already thinking about when we can come back.
