Our light-flooded house is in the best location and at the best price in the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin. You can reach your destination from Berlin Central Station in just under 90 minutes by public transport. Hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Game Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golf, paddle, swim in the nearby lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 5 euros/day and bicycle.

On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.
