studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Neben einem leckeren morgendlichen Kaffee bietet die Wohnung viel Licht in tollen Fabrik Flair. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,80x2,00m Bett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Schön gestaltete 45 qm Ferienwohnung . Mit seperatem Zugang vom Vorderhaus oder vom Schlosspark Plaue . Anliegend im Hinterhaus ist die Keramikwerkstatt , gern besuchbar :-) , und mein Wohnbereich...150 m durch den Schlosspark liegt das charmant , morbide Schloss und Schlossschänke direkt am See....Alle auf den Fotos ersichtlichen Orte , sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Loft zu erreichen.... Elektrofahrräder gibts zum ausleihen undTischtennis spielen darf ein jeder der kann...Grüsse vom Toepfer

Hello, this is Alexander, your host and renting my flat with AirBnB since the last 20 years ! My luxury flat is a an 85 square meters with an amazing balcony on the roofs of the Hackescher Markt neighborhood which is the most central in Berlin... with a view on our own personal „Eiffel tower“, the Berlin TV tower, very rare ! My furniture are a mix of german vintage and contemporary. I hope you will enjoy the 30 sqm loft with bay window and open kitchen, the 2 big rooms, the king size bed.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.
