great place to stay, very accommodating, friendly, will definitely stay again.

Recently had family move to Troy and this was the prefect location to be close to them for the holidays! The rental was decorated so cute for Christmas time. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of holiday fun. I’m sure my family will be using this location for years to come.

Maddy’s place was perfect! Our trip was changed a few times due to work and Maddy was always so quick to help and adjust everything we needed. We will absolutely be staying again if we come back to the area!

Communication: Jeffrey’s communication was excellent and so proactive that I never needed to ask anything—he always provided helpful information. Cleanliness: The property was immaculate, including the full basement, which is often ignored. Not here. Accuracy: The listing was completely accurate. Location: A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s easy to get on the highways to go just about anywhere. Amenities: All the typical amenities were there, plus a great welcome package. Comfort: The bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the office area was perfect for work. Misc: There’s a covered parking area with an outside electric plug—perfect for EVs. Overall: I can’t recommend this place and host enough. I hope to stay again in the future.
