Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's of solid Kauri, it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 5 minute walk to Marine Parade and 10 minute walk to central Napier. We will serve breakfast in the conservatory. Sit on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees.

A warm home with a wood-burning fire, heat pumps. Private property off some 2000 sq meters with gardens and lawn areas back and front in a quiet street. Good off-street parking. Five minutes drive from town or a fifteen-minute walk. Ideal for both winter and summer. Useless Towers got the name from good friends who stayed and the name has stuck.
