Quiet Escape

Entire house on a large lot. 3 bedrooms plus a sitting room and large family room. The fourth “room” is a loft with a twin size beanbag. A ladder leads you to a secret getaway that a kid would love. Lots of space to stretch out and enjoy your time away. Family room has foosball, fireplace and a comfortable sitting space with a full size futon bed. The yard is large and a great place to play or sit around and BBQ. You will love the quiet location that is close to many amenities.

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
