Tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you, far from noise and bustle – with sweeping views of nature and, on clear days, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here you won't hear anything except the birds singing and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Our rooms are located on the ground floor. It has been newly renovated and features bright décor. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom was also completely modernized. For a light bite and for the next morning, there is a fully equipped kitchen. (Refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, induction cooktop)

Enjoy a loving break at this downtown home with balcony and garage. Right next door is a supermarket that is within walking distance. A cozy place to unwind or start excursions... We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical.
