Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

What a memorable time we had on our first visit to Florence, Oregon. And Kelly’s property certainly added to our wonderful time in this lovely town. Chloe and Jason are excellent hosts. We had a long term stay with them and they were 100% responsive, kind and eager to make us feel completely at home.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Betsy’s place was just the retreat my friends and I needed. Private, quiet and adventurous walk to the beach. The house had some outdated appliances but everything was well kept and functioning. The only issue was the Airbnb not being cleaned by check in time. The housecleaner showed up late but she was professional and got right to work. Betsy was more than accommodating when she received the news and offered a refund on the cleaning fee. Betsy always communicated within a reasonable time making everything easy. 5/5 recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great location! Close to town and the dunes. Beautiful property with awesome views of the lake. We even got to watch the moon rise up over the lake from the living room...very beautiful. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thanks!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

We have previously stayed in Jane's unit. The view and access to the beach are unbeatable. We love walking for coffee and delicious food in Nye Beach. It's also easy to make meals in the kitchen. This unit has no steps/stairs which makes for easy access. Jane is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

This place was great, especially with kids. No one below us or next to us, So we weren’t worried about them running or rough housing and making too much noise for the neighbors. Also, decorations/breakables were few, impactful, and easy to remove to a closet to keep out of toddler hands. Kitchen was extra large, and well stocked. Washer and dryer in the unit. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. Location was amazing, right at the River Roasters end of Bay Street. Made getting out with the kids for a fun walk super simple. Only downsides were a sticky lockbox for accessing the house keys, bridge noise overnight (bothered husband, but kids and I slept through it just fine), and a kitchen sink leak that we discovered and reported on the second night. We would definitely stay here again. It was extremely comfortable and worked very well for our family of 4 (2.5 year old and 4.5 year old shared a bed). Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

Norma's place was a perfect place to stay for a couple and a small dog. We walked to the beach every morning and evening and explored Florence and the Dunes. We ate almost all our meals out since there were great options and I would have found it difficult to cook in the kitchenette (mostly due to my style cooking... create a ton of dishes and use all the pans for a meal). We decided to bring our own coffee maker since we saw there was only a single serve provided. Definitely peruse the apartment guide for local recommendations and guidance on finding things in the apartment. You can tell everything was put together with intention. We would love to stay at Norma's again.

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

incredible view and cozy little place. I thought the beach was a walk right out the back door but you actually have to walk down the road a little ways cause its a drop off at the end of the yard which wasn't terrible but for the $ would have liked closer beach access. would have liked the host to let us know about any requirements for checking out i.e. dishes, stripping bad or stuff like that

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Had a great stay at Kieth’s loft. It is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. You can tell he’s a super-host, he’s thought out all aspects of the guest experience. Stylish decor plus comfortable furniture and beds. Great location just steps from the NYE beach commercial area and a few steps more to the beach itself. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again!

This space was great! Sarah and John were great communicators and also very friendly. The condo was clean and well-appointed with close proximity to local shops/restaurants. Looking forward to a future stay!

View was amazing . The beach and ocean was right out the window and the balcony has about the best view you could find in Newport . Would 100% go again

This place was beautiful! Super clean, beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. The view is incredible with super easy access to the beach. I stayed with my kids and they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend:)

I was very very satisfied with this stay. Pictures were quite accurate, and the views were more amazing than anticipated - pictures can't quite capture that properly. Lots extra things that I did not expect including Kuerig Kcups, coffee filters, makeup remover wipes, and even emergency toothbrush (one of the guest needed one). Reserved parking spot is great, and finding another spot on the street was no problem. Really enjoyed dining at Zurita In Nye Beach, Local Ocean Seafoods, and Georgie's Grill.

This was our 1st trip up to Oregon and our 1st airbnb this was the perfect spot beach right there then a beautiful trail a few min drive away. The home has everything you could need,I was so busy packing and making sure everyone else had their things I forgot a few of my own but Rian had just what I forgot and more. we absolutely fell in love with the fudge at the ice cream shop down the street,my husband called to see if they'll ship to us... (they will). This is definitely a trip we won't forget and this home was perfect for it.
