Located 25 minutes from Rennes on the St Malo road, close to must-see sites: Dinan (30 minutes), St Malo (40 minutes), Mont St Michel (1 hour). The house is located a 5-minute walk from the village, where you have a bakery, bar-tobacconist and a local grocery store. You can enjoy the Ile and Rance canal to discover the site of the 11 locks just 2 km by car.

Upstairs studio of 40 m2 furnished with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker and toaster , living area with sofa bed, bathroom, toilet. In Mezzanine 1 bedroom with double bed. A garden area is available to guests in addition to the small terrace adjoining the studio. This studio is located in the quiet village of Tinténiac and 300 meters from shops, 300 meters from the Ille and Rance Canal. Breakfast extra for €6/pers.

This is a completely renovated old farmhouse and composed of two other independent cottages on the same site, washing machine, barbecue and parking are common to the different accommodations.
