Our house is very bright and offers you a beautiful living space. Our house is located in the countryside a few hundred meters from the Ille et Rance canal, famous for its eleven locks! Two kilometers away, you will find the very pretty village of Hédé. You will be ideally located to discover Brittany! Saint-Malo, Combourg, Dinan, Dinard... Panda, our cat lives outside but likes to come and eat his kibble on the doorstep! Three chickens are waiting for your organic waste!

The house is located a 5-minute walk from the village, where you have a bakery, bar-tobacconist and a local grocery store. You can enjoy the Ile and Rance canal to discover the site of the 11 locks just 2 km by car.

Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Upstairs studio of 40 m2 furnished with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a living area with a sofa bed, bathroom, toilet. In the Mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed. A garden area is available to guests in addition to the small terrace adjoining the studio. This studio is located in the quiet village of Tinténiac, 300 meters from shops, 300 meters from the Ille et Rance canal. Breakfast extra for €6/pers.
