All shops are in the immediate vicinity. 50 meters from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 meters from the Palais des Congrès, 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we could eventually welcome before 3 or after 6 pm if we are available, thanks for telling us when you make the booking request.
