The Harz Mountains and the surrounding area offer many beautiful excursion opportunities. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor pool with beer garden (open May-September) are in the village. The apartment is located in the old mill building on the outskirts of Bockenem surrounded by nature and a small river.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Baddeckenstedt mit sehr gutem Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, die Autobahnen A7 & A39 und alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien geeignet und verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, sowie Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Bad. In der modern eingerichteten Wohnung kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

This beautiful place to stay is perfect for families or company trips to the Hannover Exhibition Center. It is about half an hour away or also fitters, as it has good connections to the A7. It is quietly located and offers enough space to unwind after the day. It currently includes a double bed, two single beds and an extra bed. Thus, up to 5 people can stay in it. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
