We offer excellent connections to the A12/A2 motorways and have a bus stop right at our doorstep, making it easy to quickly reach cities such as Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft, Alkmaar, The Hague, and Gouda, as well as all major attractions in the Netherlands.

Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Also, the bathroom with a nice shower and toilet is located on the first floor.
