It is located on the 3rd floor (in a building without an elevator), it is well connected - close to the tram and bus. It comfortably accommodates up to four people in a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, internet and TV are available. We provide fresh towels and bedding as well as basic cosmetics.

Nearby is Reagan Park, where there are numerous playgrounds, a rope park, bike paths, and several outdoor gyms. The beach is 1 km away. There are tennis courts, including indoor ones, near the park.
