Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Only 8 minutes (car) to Montabaur, 30 minutes Limburg or Koblenz. You can also immediately start nature from here, whether hiking, biking or motorcycling. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm.

In the living room you will find not only the cozy couch set but also a very comfortable TV chair, on which you can relax after a hard working day. Prepare your own meals in the spacious eat-in kitchen. Our house is situated in a small place in the Westerwald, where you can relax and switch off from your everyday worries. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Westerwald lake district, to animal parks or to the city of Koblenz, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. In general, we have plenty of hiking trails, lots of nature and good air!

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
