Toilet room in outbuilding with toilet and shower. Possibilities for salmon fishing in Leirelva in season. Approximately 2 km to Storvatnet. Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in the forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 meters above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m.a.s.l.), and Vågafjellet (315 m.a.s.l.)

Lovely cottage with no neighbors by the sea

Newly renovated cabin located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is all by itself with lovely views and sun from early to 10 pm at night. It's very child friendly. Kayak, canoe , bath animals and 2 SUPS are also possible to use. It is only 500 meters to the chocolate pier which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short way to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pit for cosiness.

Modern and fully equipped cabin on the saga island Leka

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.
