Welcome to Sundestova, our magical cabin at Hellesøy! Here you can really enjoy the tranquility and relaxation in scenic surroundings. great hiking opportunities. Especially recommended Gløvro, where you can explore beautiful landscapes and enjoy the fresh air. There are also good fishing opportunities both near the cabin and in the area in general. The cabin has a lovely patio area with a fire pit, egg chair and seating area. Relax under the open sky and enjoy pleasant moments around the fire. We have extra chairs available in the shed.

The apartment is a good starting point for hiking in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boat can be rented by hosts in season from March to September. Øien 530 with 40 hp Yamaha (requires a certificate or that you were born before 1980) Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 hp Tohatsu is available. Parabolic with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp, price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hk is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel cost NOK 150/person.

The cabin is well-equipped. There is a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that can be easily turned into double bed. Home with two sleeping places. Grocery store is run to about 8 minutes. The cabin is nicely located on Trollvatn caming with parking right outside the cabin wall

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
