Charming rustic small attic apartment (54 square meters) with two bedrooms (1 double bed 1.40 m wide (if you still love each other), a single bed convertible to double bed 80/1.60 (if not), a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room await you. The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

Studio close to MHH, trade fair and city center

This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

The 60 sqm modern 2-room apartment has been newly renovated. It is located in the very quiet district of Hanover Wettbergen. A very nice balcony facing south is included. The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. Forest and nature can be reached within minutes. The apartment is also ideal for trade fair guests. WiFi is available.

Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Electric charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by CAR.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
