Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Looking for relaxation? It's possible here. Our large 90 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, as well as 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed. It also boasts a beautiful entrance area, a large bathroom with an open rain shower, and a large living room with an integrated kitchen. The A3 highway is 3 minutes Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, indoor and outdoor wave pool, etc. are about 1 km away.

The property is located right on the Niederalteich exit. It's just a few kilometers to the large district town of Deggendorf. You have your own house entrance and 1 car parking space directly in front of the door. In the fridge you will find farm bread as a small evening or breakfast, some salami, a glass of cucumbers, butter, jam and some fruit or yogurt. A coffee machine with everything you need is of course also available to you.
