Ce chalet autonome en eau et électricité se situe sur un grand terrain de 1600 m2 arboré proche d'une ancienne et magnifique carrière. Il est constitué d'un salon très ajouré, avec un poêle, un canapé d'angle et un fauteuil tous deux convertibles, une cuisine équipée, une chambre et une salle de bain. Vous disposez d'un barbecue, d' une table de ping-pong, de deux hamacs, de deux transats, de trois tables avec la possibilité de planter des tentes. Poules, chats et chien sont en liberté.

I offer you this beautiful new 42 m² cottage, with 18 m² of terrace and a small green space. Pleasant kitchen/living room, reversible air conditioning, 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom Sleeps 2 to 5 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 extra single bed) + baby bed, potty and baby bath. Bed and bath linens are provided. Located in the Biterrois, 35 km from the beaches, 20 km from a spa, 5 km from a supermarket and small shops in the village. We do not allow pets.
