Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. A kitchen with dining table awaits you, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue area with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house is another apartment upstairs. Parking is free on the street.

Holiday home on the edge of a holiday home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake Unterfranken (about 17 ha) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. KfW standard until 2017 and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

The Cottage "Ferienhaus Haßgautor" consists out of 2 separate Apartments (Main- Apartment & Single Room Apartment) situated next to Naturpark Haßberge. The Single Room Apartment (23 qm, left to the archway of the house) consists out of one bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, seating-accomodation, a couch, bed and own terrace. WIFI, bedding und towels are provided.
