Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. You can walk down to Sistiana sea (12-15 minutes) without moving the car. The town is 1 km away; a large supermarket is also very close. The beginning of the magnificent Rilke trail, with spectacular views of our Gulf, is a 3-minute walk away and leads you to the splendid Duino Castle.

We recommend having a car to get around.
