Skole med lekeplass og fotballbane er 5 - 10 minutter unna (gange). Det er fjell på alle kanter, så man kan snøre skoene å gå til fjells der man får nydelig utsikt over fjord og fjell. Det er en ganske skjermet hage bak huset. Der er elbil lader i carporten, inkludert (ved smartlading). Boligen har et fullverdig bad, og et vaskerom med toalett.

The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine.
