The Little Springs retreat was the perfect get away for me and my family. The manatees are magical and the natural surroundings were peaceful. The retreat has everything you need to have a fun and enjoyable stay including all of the little touches like herbal tea, fire pit and home theater. My teens thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We kayaked, tried stand up paddle boarding and swam. Carolyn was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

This place was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and how open the inside was. The screened porch area was great to relax without worrying about bugs. The lights in the back made night fishing and hanging outside longer possible, and we really enjoyed that. We would definitely book this place again!

Recently renovated with a great deck space and comfortable beds. Easy access to Weeki Wachee and other outdoor activities. My kids enjoyed stargazing and fishing from the dock. I liked working on the screened porch and the deck sofa. We didn’t use the loft sleeping space, so can’t comment on that part :)

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We had the best time at Brian’s property! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Plenty of towels, linens, soaps and shampoos… you name it and they have thought of it. There was tons of space and no shortage of things to do. The kids loved the ping pong table and arcade game. We also had a blast kayaking and even had a couple close encounters with dolphins and manatees while out on the water. It was honestly magical! Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly which was awesome. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay and Brian’s hospitality. He was extremely friendly and responsive. 10000/10 would stay again!

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

Rebecca’s place was perfect. We loved the location and the house was great. Our kids loved having access to paddle boards and kayaks.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

This house was perfect for our family for spring break! We parked our boat right out back at the dock. Summer was extremely responsive and even gave me Her personal cell number in case we had any questions/concerns and answered promptly! We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer was a great host! Very responsive and flexible with checkout. We had a late flight and Jennifer accommodated us with an afternoon checkout. House was spacious and clean including the pool. We had 7 adults and no kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Austin was very quick to respond to any messages and very quick to help us with any minor issues we came across. Would definitely stay at his place again for sure!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The area was beautiful. Surrounded by the canals, each window had a lovely view! Neighbors were quiet and the location felt safe overall. The pool was an amazing temperature during our stay and there were so many additional toys, floats, and accessories that made spending hours in the pool effortless! The layout of the house is so accommodating for a large family, or multiple families, providing quiet individual spaces and entertaining common areas alike! The only drawback we had was that the pictures seemed to have been taken a while ago. Some gym equipment pictured was missing and many areas of the house needed fresh paint or minor maintenance. It feels like it’s time for some upkeep even on the exterior of the house. Other than that, we had a great time and overall experience at this home. The hosts check in frequently and are friendly and responsive! Linens and towels were clean and spotless! The lower level game area was a fun highlight!

We loved staying at Dona's Florida Breeze. Arlita was so enjoyable to talk with and such a welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the sanctuary and all the beautiful animals. The hosts were so friendly (especially Kevin and Jack :) and accommodating. We will be looking forward to staying again in the future. It is a truly beautiful place to be.

The place is newly renovated and very clean. Great family getaway, we spent most our time by the water watching manatees, fishing, catching crabs and making use of the kayaks. The place feels secluded but is close enough a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend.

we stayed a few days here for a "staycation" and it was perfect. we had everything we needed and the heated pool was amazing.

We had an amazing week away from NY at Dustin’s A Frame Home. The location was perfect, right in the river but not where all the crowds are. The house made us feel right at home with our two Frenchies. The house and the area is magical from the colorful butterflies, beautiful birds, little lizards, manatees and we even saw a baby and mom dolphin swim by. The weeki wachi river is gorgeous and Dustin gives you all the kayaks and SUP you need right at the house. I highly recommend renting the Round Boats as well. We loved it so much we rented them two days in a row and got a deal for it. You cover so much more of the River and it’s so relaxing. We hope to get back to Dustin’s space in the future, it was really hard to leave. If you thinking about booking it, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dustin and all for an amazing week away.

The location is beautiful and perfect. It's right on the canal and an easy paddle to the river. The location is the reason we booked here, and this property delivers! Manatees are in the canal, and you don't even have to go in the river to see wildlife. There is not much privacy because the houses are close, and if the neighbors (who are also renters) are loud, then, well, it's going to be loud. The house is larger than we expected with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. It could have been a little cleaner, but overall, this was an excellent rental and we would return again! Thanks for making our vacation amazing!

Lori’s house was perfection! From the decor, to the comfy beds, to having the house stocked with every single thing we may have needed, Lori has created an amazing getaway. She was so responsive when we had questions and truly seems to enjoy hosting. On our second night, we locked ourselves out of the house. (Watch that back door lock!!!) Lori drove 45 min to come to our rescue and handled the situation in the kindest most professional way, even though it was late at night. The bonus was getting to sit and chat with Lori and her sweet dog around the fire while we waited for the locksmith. This place is a gem!!!
