Great location, literally steps away from food and shops and just blocks away from all sorts of tourist attractions! Inside is as pictured, small but very friendly with an enclosed green space off the kitchen

Would absolutely recommend this place! Everything I’d brand new, clean, and cozy. This was probably one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. It also has a fenced backyard which is convenient for your pup. The listing states the property has 1.5 bathrooms, however there is only 1 bathroom. Everything else is as described. Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

We stayed in this property for 8 days while our nearby home was being renovated. The home exceeds expectations in all ways. Even though we live in the area it still felt like a vacation. The home was bigger than anticipated and was squeaky clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated all of our requests. Highly recommend this property and these hosts. Would stay again.

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon's place. This unit has everything you need to feel at home, and the location is perfect for a business trip or vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing! Close to everything! The backyard and the pool were our favorite spots! So relaxing and the fenced in yard was awesome for our fur babies! Natalie was also very accommodating with check in and check out. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Erika's place! Everything was so meticulously arranged. My dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The pool was an amazing touch as well. Beds were comfy too! Will definitely come back to stay when we are in PCB again!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

We enjoyed our time so much at this location. House was very clean and it was very welcoming, made you feel like you were home. This location was great for us and the neighborhood was beautiful. We will be staying again here in the future! If you want a nice relaxing trip I highly recommend this place!!

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home and plenty of amenities at the home. Pool and patio area was just amazing. Many restaurants near this location and just a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommended this place and will stay again on my next trip to Jax Beach area.

Excellent stay! Incredibly responsive and helpful hosts. Everyone loved having their own bathroom and the common areas downstairs were perfect. We packed our own coffee but ran out, and were pleasantly surprised to see a new sealed jar in the cabinet - that’s an extra touch and very thoughtful. Heated private pool is a nice bonus.

Place looked just like the pictures and felt like home!! The host was amazing and kind. Definitely would stay again and again. Neighborhood is safe and quiet for those who have kids and wants a nice place to bring them. Great restaurants nearby.

Our hosts were so kind and cared enough to check in on us as we checked in really late. They also had the pack and play already set up for my infant when we arrived which was a huge help since we got in around midnight! Thank you for hosting us we will definitely be back!

this was an amazing tiny home perfect for one individual or a couple. It was myself my wife and our two dogs and plenty of room for that so close to everything in Avondale in Riverside easy access to the highways zero complaints for me about this spot. great host amazing location. Next time I go visit family in the Jacksonville area. I will definitely see if this location is available.

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Lea's place was comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed. The location, close to the interstate, made it easy to get around. Initially, we were curious about the artifical turf in the back yard, but quickly learned it was great for our dog's frisbee games and kept her from tracking dirt into the house. Lea was a very responsive host. For example, when we asked about a toaster, she had one shipped to us in a day. In all, a great stay.

This is our second stay at one of Deborah and Steve’s properties. The location is great for attending a local festival and our Flamingo Cottage had everything we needed for the three of us to feel at home. Our hosts were always very quick to respond and we were grateful to be able to drop off our food and suitcases early, before heading to the festival. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. So nice to relax over coffee in the morning! We hope to be back next year and will look to Deborah and Steve as our first choice!

This airbnb house is one of our favorites. the neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard and pool are very private. The local beaches were closed but we had a great time lounging poolside every day.

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.
