A few hundred meters from the driveway to the house is the "dream place". There is both sandy beach, barbecue koi, deck with barbecue, and a ball bin. The house is surrounded of beautiful nature with many opportunities for both walks and mountain hikes. Bike rides and island hopping can also be done from here. There is a short way to the store and wine monopoly by car.

Two double beds and a bunk bed with room for three, two bathrooms with heating cables, large entrance. Own feather, and Lille Svenholmen is exciting to explore for the smallest. Bathroom with washing machine and a large patio. Good fishing opportunities from land and boat. Child-friendly and shallow beach right by the house. Perfect conditions for kayaking. In the area you can find hiking possibilities, white sandy beaches and the iconic island hopping roads. Helgeland and Seløy is the place you will always want to go back.
