Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

This quiet approx. 100 m² accommodation in Herrsching is located only about 50 m away from the bathing jetty. The S-Bahn (suburban train) station (S8 to Munich Airport) is about 300 m away. Within walking distance are all major shops as well as many restaurants/cafes. There are some steps at the entrance, there is also a stairlift. The apartment shares an extensive garden with another apartment.
