There is also a cubby with a double bed mattress (can only be reached via a steep rung ladder). In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed.

Welcome to our quiet, friendly holiday apartment near the forest and fields. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer and a workstation. The central location in the middle of Germany is well suited for transit; it takes about 10 minutes to reach the A7/A5. There are many cycling and hiking trails in the area. The Sassen/Richthof community is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores in Schlitz or Niederaula can also be reached in 10 minutes.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

"To the little folding rule"

Our granny flat "Zum kleinen Zollstock" is small but OHO. It is accessible at ground level. The bathroom offers a floor-level shower in addition to a toilet and sink. Towels and shower gel are provided. The sofa bed can be extended to 1.60 m and invites you to relax with the rotating smart TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, induction stovetop, mini oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and matching accessories.

Cozy room Friedewald, Hesse/ A4

I am renting out an apartment in a historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. In the immediate vicinity of the A4, but still in a quiet location. In addition to the room with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds on request), there is a small bathroom and a small kitchen. The upper floor is unoccupied and is currently still under construction.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
