Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Hershey

This is our second time staying at Jillian’s home. It is so lovely and perfect for our family to rest between Thanksgiving holiday activities. It’s located extremely close to Hersheypark, it is clean and organized, and there are thoughtful items in the house for kids and dogs. We absolutely LOVE staying here!

My family and I stayed at Todd’s for a visit to Dutch Wonderland. It was fantastic. The house is unique and beautiful. Great movies, games, coffee table books. My kids loved playing in the basement. My husband loved playing great tunes on the record player. It was too cold for us to spend time outside, but in warmer weather the back yard would be amazing. Todd was very communicative and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend!

Let me first start out by saying Alex was a tremendous host. He was extremely helpful the entire time we stayed at his place. We had a problem getting inside with the padlock and Alex immediately put us at ease with his help. He was able to change the code and make sure we got in okay. He even checked up on us too. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The entire home was accessible and comfortable. We couldn't be happier . We absolutely would love to come back

We enjoyed our entire stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. The host was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful

Stayed for a month while rotating through a hospital in the area. Place was great! Very clean, kitchen had just about anything you would need to cook, AC/Heat worked well, water was hot, bed was comfortable. Big backyard if you're bring dogs. Street parking but never had any issue parking right in front. Area seemed safe to me.

Loved our stay!! The walkability of the town was great, and the house was super nice! Loved the fenced in yard also - great touch! Kept the toddlers penned in nicely! Ha! The train was a bit of an adjustment, but honestly I think it bothered the adults more than the kids - so hey, if my kid can sleep through it I’m happy! Easy to all that Hershey has to offer, and a cute little town away from the hustle and bustle OF Hershey!

This home was great for our mixed group of adults and kids. there was plenty for them to do between pool, video games, and they even played some waffle ball outside. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working, but Karl was kind enough to allow us a late checkout which left me with the time to hand-wash what was in the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Wished we had more time there to enjoy it but we had limited time with our race schedule.

Very remote place we seen a lot of wildlife from the house and when we walked the trails..Dave and Barb were very helpful with everything thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us we hope to come back soon..

We really enjoyed this place. It was a great location and only 30 minutes from Hershey (which we also visited while there). The house was in a location that felt safe and clean. My daughter and I went for a walk on the sidewalk our first evening there. The back yard is fenced in and when out there you felt as though you were in our own secluded oasis. The house is older and quirky (that we all enjoyed), but has this comfortable charm about it. Our group enjoyed the air hockey table and the pool (even though it was 54 degrees and cloudy) that didn’t keep them from the pool. Brooks reach out before our arrival with check in information and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again when we visit the area.

Being our first Airbnb experience, Red Door Retreat exceeded our expectations!! It was so much fun staying there, great for all ages! My husband, 2 teenage boys, and myself wanted an extended weekend getaway by a cute town and a fun home. Well, we had a blast, playing games like foosball, basketball, Pac-Man arcade games and lots of games on the infinity table. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, made smores and relaxed and laughed by the fire, and I loved swinging in the gravity chair by the front window. It was nice lounging on the comfy couch and my husband loved the huge TV above the fireplace. The rooms were so beautifully decorated too, each with its own theme. We all loved the restful sleeps we got with the memory foam mattresses. Kyle’s attention to detail and added bells and whistles (extras) were even more than we expected! The location was great too! Plenty of great restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to check out Kyle’s other locations! Best Host Ever! -Deb & fam

After a day at Hersheypark, we arrived just in time for a beautiful sunset. The view here is really wonderful. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We were so thankful for the snacks, cookies, and gift of a mug with treats :) They have everything you could need. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. We would have loved to chat with them more if we had more time. My son and our pup enjoyed running around the grounds and playing on the swing set. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay to spend time exploring the nearby trails, fossil sites, and alpaca next door.

This place was amazing! Exactly as described. The house was super clean and organized. The owners also got a lot of custom made home decorations that made the place look even more like home. The jacuzzi and outside hot tub were amazing and well kept. The movie room outside of the bedroom was also a nice touch. The owners were super nice and very responsive. I don’t think we waited over 15 minutes when we had to message them. We will be coming back!

The cabin was lovely and exactly as described. It was stocked with everything we needed including plenty of toilet paper, soap, trash bags, towels, etc. The games in the basement helped to keep the kids entertained. Mariou was responsive and helpful, including when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay one night. We would love to stay there again.

James was very responsive before booking. I wanted to bring 3 dogs and sent a message asking. He got back to me immediately. The house was the perfect location for Hershey Park. It was clean and made for an easy, cozy stay for my family of five. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and was very kind and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was peaceful and cozy. Spending time on the property was just what we needed to disconnect from technology. My children enjoyed playing volleyball, roasting s'mores on the fire-pit, and watching the cows. We hope to return again soon!

I would give this stay at 5/5 because it did make us feel like home . We stayed for about 3 weeks and I can’t complain . It was cozy for sure . In our situation it was perfect since we had our baby girl delivered at the reading hospital so this location was very convenient for our family . Definitely would recommend for long term stay .

This was a perfect little spot for our weekend getaway in Lancaster. Loved being able to bring our dog, and we were grateful for the very clear instructions and descriptions of animal handling situation on the premises. Backyard so handy for walking dog late at night. Their dog was very friendly, and by following their instructions our two puppies never even met. We didn’t have a single hiccup. The location is really nice and convenient to practically everything in Lancaster. Hosts were responsive and it still felt very private in our “Guest” section. Off the street parking also really useful, even though parking in Lancaster is a breeze compared to Philly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in this lovely basement flat and we will definitely be back! It is such a cozy place with hosts that truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was excellent from the property description to the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. Stacy communicated with us and was extremely responsive. We could not ask for more from the host. This stay was about being with family. This house was the perfect place and had everything we needed. Stacy went above and beyond by asking how many young children would be staying here. She then surprised us with a wonderful stuffed animal for each of the girls in our family. They loved it!!! Overall, we were so pleased with our stay that we plan to return again in the near future.

Had a great time staying here! Was in the middle of a lot of the spots we were looking to go to (Hershey park, outlet mall, stores, restaurants etc). Would recommend staying here on your next visit!

My family had a nice long weekend at Mike and Debbie's camper. The camper is quite large, clean, and has everything you need. The outside space is well set up and large. My lab thought she had died and gone to doggy heaven with all the space to run. Mike was very responsive and always replied quickly. Location is private but close enough to plenty of things to do.
