In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
