West Central is a quiet neighborhood on the western side of downtown Fort Wayne, and it is a part of the National Register of Historic Places.

It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
