Auf dem möblierten Balkon kann man den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten oder gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Metzgerei und 2 Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot sind in nur 1-2 min zu erreichen. Auch Monteure sind willkommen.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Welcome to our holiday apartment under the Rosenstein. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2019. The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3-room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.
