The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Cozy apartment with its own garden on the edge of the field & magnificent vineyard views. Please note that we only accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + children. The beautiful wine village of Bissersheim has very special charm & in just 4 km march through the magnificent vineyards welcomes you, that beautiful and historic wine village of Freinsheim. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.

A gem in the wine region

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.
